REFURBISHMENT OF THE FORMER
XENIA HOTEL IN SPARTA

The preliminary study is devoted to the repair, restoration and redesigning of the building of the former Xenia Hotel at Sparta, in order to integrate into the existing building the following program:
- assembly, lecture, seminar and teaching rooms.
- lounge and rooms for social events.
- applied arts laboratory.
- display rooms for works of art.
- offices
- guest rooms.
- αncillary rooms.
It emerged from the analysis of the present condition of the building that it is inadequate to meet the needs of the new uses required to house, and that it does not conform with existing regulations about statics.
The study therefore proposes the necessary repairs, modifications and conversions in order to safely and easily  house the Centre of Cultural Activities and Applied Arts Laboraties of the Sparta Municipality.
